In accordance with Article 179 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 2000 and Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, Kilkenny County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to construct:

A waste water treatment plant with an outfall to the River Nuenna at Clintstown, Frešfordas, Co. Kilkenny.
A waste water treatment plant with an outfall to the River Barrow at Barrowmount, Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny
A waste water treatment plant with an outfall to the River Goul at Warrenstown, Džonstaunas, Co. Kilkenny.

Aukščiau pateikto pasiūlymo planus ir duomenis bus galima apžiūrėti Kilkenio apygardos tarybos biuruose, grafystės salėje, John Street, Kilkenny nuo 9.00 iki 5.00 val. Nuo 29 m. gegužės 2009 d., penktadienio, iki 26 m. birželio 2009 d., penktadienio (imtinai).
