Atminkite, kad atsisakymas automatiškai nesuteikia teisės į 100 % atsisakymą. Kiekviena paraiška nagrinėjama kiekvienu konkrečiu atveju.

A waiver will not be offered to persons whose premises is covered by insurance. In cases where insurance companies will not cover the charge, written confirmation on the insurance companies headed paper will be required.
