In response to information and video from an individual who claims that contaminated water was disposed from a Kilkenny County Council truck into the River Nore in April 2016.

"This is that this is historic footage dating back to April 2016 at the Canal Walk Kilkenny adjacent to the River Nore.

What was being disposed of is excess surface water from street sweeping activities and the composition is similar to run off after any rainfall events."
